Dukkah Spice
Also Known As: Duqqa, Dukka, Dukkah Seasoning or Dukkah Mix.
Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds Whole, Fennel Seeds, Thyme Leaves, Marjoram Leaves, Black Peppercorns and Sesame Seeds
Taste and Aroma: Spicy, warm, complex, savory and rich.
Uses: Sprinkle on or in dips (great mixed with olive oil), bread, hummus, vegetables, rice, potatoes, salads, fish and chicken.
Substitutes: Zaatar, Balti Spice, Ras El Hanout, Berbere Spice
